I still consider Maya to be one of the best characters from the 100. I mean, if you look at the situation from her perspective, the sky people came into her home, threatened her the moment they showed up (remember when Clarke threatened to slit her throat???) and judged her for what her people were doing even though she was risking everything to help them (looking at you Nathan Miller)

Maya was the reason Bellamy lived. She saved them countless times with inside information that they wouldn’t have gotten without her. She comforted Jasper when he was on the verge of a definite mental breakdown. She lost her dad and still sacrificed everything for what she believed in.

Maya was fucking amazing. She died to save people that she had no connection to and only Jasper and Octavia really cared. She deserved so much better.
